I don't have a FAX nor Modem installed. I yanked that cheap sound card, un-installed the drivers. I installed a higher quaility PCIe sound card and there ya have it! All those CONFLICTS went away! The CULPRIT was a cheap/junk PCIe C Media Audio card. *There's a discussion here somewhere identifying the same issue with C Media Audio.
I don't think these are Intell Engine Drivers - looks like a cheap audio card I just installed. If I pull the darn card out and uninstall the cheap driver, replace it with a better card (with reliable drivers) will these conflicts go away?

Hi @CarpenterMate ,
It usually stand for Intel(R) Management Engine Interface driver. To locate it correctly,
Once hardware ID located that something like this:
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3A&SUBSYS_04AD1028&REV_04
You can then google it and see what hardware it actually stand for.
