FCC app is an independent speed tester. I don't know about your internet provider, but Spectrum also has an independent speed tester.
If it tests slow, then it's reset the router. Unplug for 30sec. Give it about 5 min. to set back up after plugging in. Still slow? Troubleshoot modem by having PC plugged in Ethernet style to modem and test speed on PC. Contact internet provider if it's still slow or if modem tests fine, but not router.
My Spectrum router slows down on me every once in a while and I have to reset it. It's the 2nd router. First one died.
As for the codes you're getting, that I don't know about.
