Oracle DB encrypted using Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) backup integration

I can't find a statement for the support for backing up Oracle DBs encrypted using TDE.

Unlike MSSQL the Networker VDI guide does address and support DB TDE. For Oracle the NMDA guide does not mention TDE but has a line about RMAN backup encryption not being supported by any vendor  except Oracle Secure Backup but that would be a different feature.

Is Oracle TDE supported using Networker?
