In a case we have set up an Oracle Multi-Master Replication between 2 Oracle 11g databases, and the updates made to one of the individual master are propagated to another master site. But problem happened when we took off-line on master and reconnected, the updates will not automatically send to the other master.  Could I have any idea from Oracle experts?
