Dell PowerEdge R660 server is restarting due to a CPU 1 error (Error Code: CPU0704).

I Have 18 Dell R660 recording servers used for CCTV, and the CCTV network is standalone and not connected to the Internet. I checked all 18 servers, and they are running the same BIOS version (2.2.7).

The same issue also occurred on this particular server approximately six months ago.

If the issue is related to the BIOS or firmware version, shouldn’t we expect the same issue to occur on the other 17 servers as well? Currently, the issue is affecting only this one server.

Could you please advise whether this is more likely to be a hardware-related issue with CPU 1 or a BIOS/firmware-related issue?
