Error "Initializing iDRAC"
I have one T620 that iDRAC failed.
After BIOS and RAID check, I have an error "Warning! iDRAC initialisation error"
But I can strike F1 to continue or F2 to run system setup program
- If I hit F2, in BIOS option, under iDRAC Setting, I have: "SWC0700: iDRAC is not ready. The configuration values cannot be accessed."
- If I hit F1, the boot sequence continue and complain again about iDRAC "SWC0700: iDRAC is not ready. The configuration values cannot be accessed."
but if I press F1, the real boot continue.

I only need a firmimg.d7 file that can be used!!!

You can download "iDRAC_2.65.65.65_A00.exe" file from below link. This is a self extractable executable. Once extracted you will get firmimg file

Dear Shine,
Great thanks for your help on this case, I finally get the files.
But It seems to have other issue.
base on the stand operation procedure. root cause
way to solve solution
when I put the SD card with firmimg.d7 inside.
The system light will stop flashing as below mentioned:
but for my system it is not. It stopped to flashing round 15 seconds. then it flashing again.......
and the system did not go back.
What is the reason for this?
I now use a toshiba SD card, do you or your colleague has any experience on this ? I guess I need to use the SD card case on Dell requirement?
or it is not related with the SD card?

Hey.
There is no need to use a Dell-certified vflash SD card to do these steps.
For me it looks like the iDRAC is in an unresponsive state where even the rebuild does not work.
Please try the following steps in order to hard-reset the iDRAC:
1st: Push and hold the ID Button on the front of the server (30 seconds) - normally this restarts the iDRAC.
-> tell me what happens.
If the behavior does not change through this:
2nd: Release the flea power by disconnecting every cable then press and hold the power button for at least 20 seconds. Plug the power back on and see if the iDRAC initializes.
3rd: There is another way to hard-reset the iDRAC by using the iSM, here's a guide how:

If all the mentioned steps do not change the behavior we have to say that the iDRAC died, in this case, the replacement of the mainboard is needed to get it working again.
