Finding Correct RAM for Dell PowerEdge R430

Hello,

I'm seeing different information for the RAM I need for a PowerEdge R430 server, Service Tag: , based on what's already installed. I need to install 2 16 GB sticks.

When I go to Dell S/N lookup website > View system configuration I see this:
PART NUMBER DESCRIPTION QUANTITY
HNDJ7 DIMM,16GB,2400,2RX8,8G,DDR4,R 4

When I go to Dell parts lookup and type in HNDJ7, none match the above. None are 16 GB Registered DDR4 with ECC and 2RX8.

When I go to Dell S/N lookup website > Parts & Accessories > Memory and filter by 16 GB there's only 2 options listed and one of them is 2RX4 also neither are the correct speed 2400 MT/s.

When I check Dell OMSA for what's currently installed, I see that there are 4 16 GB DDR4 Registered 2400 MT/s Dual Rank although it doesn't say whether it's 2RX4 or 2RX8. And 2 16 GB DDR4 Registered 2133 MT/s Dual Rank again it doesn't say whether it's 2RX4 or 2RX8.

And finally when I check via the EXSi CLI, I get the following information although I have not been able to find the exact matches based on the info when searching the web:
