I have poweredge 820 R2 server computer while bootup it displays error messeges BUS#02/Dev00/Func#1:Unknown pci device

If you have Windows you can identify the part causing the issue. 

Enter the Windows Device Manager (Windows OS only) and right click on the specific device you want to check. Click on Properties and check the entry under Location on the General tab.

 

 

If not then you may want to start with clearing the event log and then powering down the server and reseating any expansion cards installed on the server, then power back up. If the issue doesn't resolve itself from that then power back down and try removing the expansion cards. If the issue persists then I would recommend taking the server to its minimum to post configuration, which is removing everything, internally and externally, from the server but the following

 

•One Power Supply

•Control Panel

•CPU 1 w/heat sink (for troubleshooting) Actual no post / no video requires 2 procs

•1 DIMM in A1 (actual no post no video requires 2 DIMMs - A1 and B1

•All risers

 

Power on and if the error is resolved then try individually adding the removed devices back until the issue reappears or until everything is reinstalled. 

 

Lastly, you may also want to consider ensuring the server is up to date as well.
