Memory error
Hello, the past weekend one of my dell r8115 servers started to show a memory error in slot a2, I have swapped the memory bank with A4 bank and worked fine till today, when a new memory error appears in slot a2.
The current server configuration it's 2 processors with 8gb memory in slots A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, B3,B4
i suspect that the memory slot a2 it's the bad one, so i have this questions:
Can i change the memory configuration to slots A5,A6,A7,A8 B5,B6,B7,B8?
Can i change the processors to the current empty slots, so i can use the memory slots of this processors instead of the bad ones?
Any other sugestion to workaround the bad slot a2?

Hi, the error is "Multi-bit memory errors detected on a memory device at location(s) DIMM_A2", with different modules of ram.
I don't care if the memory configuration its not "optimal", our application it's not dependent on memory speed.
