Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a PE1950 that when powered down (though still conencted to power with flea-power to enable DRAC access) will periodically sound a beep, start its fans at full speed and light the LCD (though no diagnostic message) - the fanms will run for about 30 seconds, then it will stop.

Any ideas why? If the unit is powered down (and during this behavious the DRAC connection reports the unit as powered down), how can this happen?

Is this normal?
