Assuming that the drives themselves are fine, it could be an issue with the backplane, the SAS cabling, or with the connectors on the PERC. I would confirm that the iDRAC and PERC firmware are up to date, and if you can afford the outage, reseat the drives, PERC, and cabling. If the issue persists after that, you might connect this drive to another server, if available, or install a known good drive into slot 9. You are also welcome to PM me a PERC log.
