It is most likely a compatibility issue with either the CPU or memory. If you would like to provide the model or part number from the CPU and memory someone can review the specifications for each and look for any issues. The full specifications of each component will be needed to properly review for compatibility issues.
It would probably be best to know what you have tried to resolve the issue, version of bios, idrac, model of old cpu's and model of new cpu's. Also, the memory model, type, part number and pictures of any labels on the memory would also help.
