Remove PowerEdge T430 front panel
How do I remove the panel in the attached picture so I can access the disks? It is not the security bezel, and I am not sure if I can safely just snap it off.

Based on your photo you can't access the drives from the front, as that is a cabled hard drive chassis, so you would have to access them through the system cover, steps on removing that can be found on page 77 here,
