Server Info

We recently purchased a Dell PE R420 server, I thought that once upon a time one could enter the service tag number, and it would tell you exactly what hardware was in that machine. Well I tried and it said well it could have this NIC or maybe that one or perhaps this one.

Well I really do not want to have to remove the server from the rack, open it to see what is in it. Any other way?
