Do you have iDRAC enterprise license? And, did you try above suggestions? Please check the iDRAC is up to date or not. You can try to soft reset iDRAC(then if you need try hard reset but you need to setup from scratch it).How to Reset the Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) | Dell US  You can try on a different browser and check your JAVA settings.(clear browser cache).
