Cannot find disk when install new window

Hello,

1. Be sure you have created a VD on the RAID Controller and initialized it first(please use fast init!). Otherwise the OS Installer will not see the drive
2. A OS always needs a driver for the HW. So which Controller its installed in your R440? The S140, or H3xx,H7xx?
