DAS Problem with Dell PowerEdge SC440

The Highpoint card's driver and software are also installed. The problem is that the card is not showing any of the drives. They don't show up in the Windows Management Console, nor do they show up under the BIOS when the server is booted. Is there anything you can point me to to help?

I'd suggest to contact Highpoint support as it's their raid controller that cannot see the drives from what you're saying. Or maybe pc-pitstop and/or ewiz. This is the downside to getting hardware from all sorts of vendors; you have to contact multiple companies to get support (and they may end up pointing the finger at each other). One thing you can try is simplify your setup to take as much as possible out of the picture; try to get a fan-out cable and plug a drive into that and bypass the enclosure and all those brackets and converters. This would be to narrow down the issue only.
