http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/Product/poweredge-t710?driverId=W7X7H&osCode=WS8R2&fileId=3176115748&languageCode=en&categoryId=SF
Since you are running 2008 R2, you might be able to run the Update Package for Microsoft Windows version, but since 2008 R2 is not supported on the T7600, it may not run properly, so you can try the Hard Drive version. Since the H800 is not supported on the T7600 at all, it is possible that none of the Dell drivers will work.

Thank you so much for your prompt response
I will try the update package and feedback
Do you think changing the SATA configuration to ATA will solve the problem
I also tried installing win 7 64 bit and win server 2012 I always get same result Although win server 2012 Recognized
The dell perc h310 the one for the internal storage automatically
And also all win drivers wihout any problem except for perc h800
I will try every possible way
Thanks again

Try the driver downloaded from above link. Not sure but similar problem on Poweredge R710 got resolved with this
All the best

That is an older version of the driver ... designed specifically for 2008x64 and not 2008R2, but if you have problems with the latest driver (or the PERC firmware is really out of date), try the old one.

hello
well actually i didnt get the chance of trying the drivers you sent me as now i have another problem
since the raid card perc h800 is pcie* 8 i thought placing it in pcie 8 slot but as dell perc t7600 doesnt have pcie*8
i placed it in pcie *16 wired as *4 maybe it will work
the problem is now the Dell t7600 wont power on and all 4 diagnostic lights are blinking yellow
i tried removing all pcie card but same problem
can anybody help?

Do you have two processors or only one? Some of the PCIe slots are NOT usable unless both processors are present. One of the PCIe slots (blue) is dedicated for graphics. Which slot did you try it in?

i only have one processor and i tried to install it on one of the pcie but it marked in the manual as pcie *16 wired as *4 and not of the 2 that are not usable
as for the graphic card(blue one Nvidia card is connected to it )
i searched the diagnostic light pattern on the internet and i found that yellow flashing means faulty power supply or system board
really Frustrating issue :(
i tried reseting the bios on the motherboard by removing battery but nothing worked
can you please help ?

So, the system no longer boots up even with the H800 out of the system?

unfortunately yes.... we contacted dell customer service and the motherboard found defective and will be replaced :(
anyway thank you so much for following up with me... it is good to have an IT Friend :)
I will try the driver you sent earlier as soon as the system recovers
Thanks
