Which windows version (2012, 2016 etc.) you have on the server. From the screenshot this looks like Software Raid Controller S130. Can you boot the server to F2 -> Device Settings and check what controller you have on the server

From below link you can select your operating system and type "S130" on keyword to get S130 driver for your operating system

i opened F2 -> Device Settings
DELL PERC S130 controller is present in the list of devices
Can't install drivers for this controller
I tried to install drivers for windows server 2019, 2016 and 2012r2. In all cases, it showed that the driver was already installed and gave an error window

did you have a Drive connected to the onboard Raid Controller or did you use only the Perc?

It seems we might be clouded between 2 PERC in your server. PERC S130 and H730. 

During the OS installation, did you use S130 or H730 as storage controller.

If you're using H730, you should try downloading H730 driver not S130 (from the screenshot driver installation). Also, you mentioned you're using HyperV v10, what Windows Server are you using?

I am using H730 to create a RAID array.
S130 is in the list of unrecognized devices in Microsoft Hyper-V Server version 10.0.17763 and I am not happy with the presence of unrecognized devices.

It would be great to know the HyperV version 10.0 OS name. Could you run in CMD, systeminfo and let us know the OS Name field displayed. I am suspecting that the driver for S130 is not available in the OS that you have installed.
