I could really use some help!

I inherited an old PE2300.

But I did not inherit any software.

I want to install windows 2000 SBS or 2003. I go through configuring the raid. at this point, it is Raid 0, 1 drive. I have tried installing the drivers during installation. Whether I use separate drivers or Windows drivers. The Operating system will partition the drive and format. Then it will copy all the files. Then it restarts. Thats were it goes all wrong. When it restarts I get a read error. So if someone can help me I would really appreciate it. this is driving me crazy.
