What controller you have on the server? If you have a supported PERC controller (E.g. H700) you can increase the capacity of virtual disk by adding more drives. New drives need to be of same type and family of existing drives in the virtual disk.

I but flash 16GB   esix 7.0.0   and boot from IT  
and make raid 5 for other 3HHD  ,one hdd hot spare

From that you can expand or manage the PERC virtual disks.
