No Boot Disk???

Hello!

 

I need help with Perc 4/DC Raid 5 and 3 hard drives. I have Dell PE2850 with 3 hard drives (all same size) set as Raid 5 running Windows 2003 server.  Due to our security breaches, we have to replace all 3 hard drives. So, what I did was to do "Hot Swap" each drive one at a time. Now the problem is, when I swapped Drive 0 and when the repair was complete. I want to check to make sure it is working by rebooting the server. It turned out that there was an error message saying "No Boot Disk". So I put the original back in, and it work fine. With time running out, I replaced drive 1 and drive 2 (of course one at a time) and I reboot the server, it work fine. I don't know why drive 0 do not work??, unable to boot it up. I know that Drive 0 is the main boot drive (if I'm correct) but seem that repair did not install the bootable system properly?? Is there any place else I should look for? You know I have to do the same thing on Linux Enterprise on separate 2850 as well but didn't try to replace drive 0 yet.
