To start, do you have a tried and tested backup of the data? If not then you may want to take to a data recovery specialist. Second, did all the drives go offline at the same time? If so, and if you have a backup then we can try doing a simple retag of the Virtual Disk to see if it works. a retag of the Virtual Disk would entail reconfiguring the Virtual disk EXACTLY as it was previously, just WITHOUT initializing the Virtual Disk afterwards. As initializing will delete the data. If there was a drive that had failed from the Virtual Disk before this occurred then we will need to remove the drive before testing to see if we can boot to the OS, as it being online can corrupt the VD.
Thanks for your suggestion. After I created new VD of RAID-5 now all the disks showing in failed state.
Support team told to re-update back-panel firmware, HDD firmware's & check.
But problem is its not updating(through idrac) & if give restart HDD wont detect & shows 1st error "No configuration present(no HDD detected)" if restart 2 0r 3 times and leave for 5-10mins, 2nd error will come "No configuration present(with all 4 HDD detected)"

If you go to the Lifecycle Controller (F10) does it allow you to update using the Platform Update tab?
