PERC 4/DI Controller 0, Array Disk 0:1 Sense Key =3, Sense code = 11, Sense Qualifier = 0

I can find only one post relevant to this Event Id 571: 

PERC 4/DI Controller 0, Array Disk 0:1 Sense Key =3, Sense code = 11, Sense Qualifier = 0 and it's in Japanese.  The translation is incomplete so virtually of no use as my Japanese reading ability is no-existent.  Does anyone have an idea what this is about?  I've found the information on the PERC/3, but, as I said, virtually nothing on the PERC 4/Di.  I suspect it is related to a firmware/driver incompatibility issue that reared its ugly head after my client updated his system.  But I'm looking for something definitive. Thanks.

Take a look here, maybe this will help (scroll down until you find 571 information):
 
Note Message SK 03, ASC 11, ASCQ 00 indicates medium error was encountered. The RAID controllers will reassign the defective media block when encountered. Replacement should not be performed unless excessive defects are identified on a single drive.
