Perc 6/i - Disable BIOS support
R610 + Perc 6/i
Perc has 3x VDs,
VD0=2xHDD/Raid 1
VD1=3xHDD/Raid 5
VD2=1xSSD /Raid 0 which is currently the OS ( Hyper-V core 2019 ) - will be reformatted after transition.
I read from the Perc manual ( p107) that Disabling the BIOS support will disable booting from the controller ( interrupt 13h), but it also stated that this interrupt is also used for disk read/write functions.
Question: If I disable the BIOS support, and boot from a USB with OS ( Hyper-V core 2019 ), will the OS still be able to see/use the 3xVDs as they are configured now.?

I believe Disable BIOS support is only for BOOT and all virtual disk should be available once OS is loaded. You can check the same by booting to USB
