What is showing in the picture is not a "problem". It is indicating that it is in the middle of a "learning cycle", which fully discharges the battery, then recharges it to gauge the battery's capacity. This process generally takes less than 24 hours, can take a little longer if the battery was not charged.

I aslo think that, so i waited about 6 days, but the trouble didn't solve,  What can i do now? continue waiting or what? I am afraid of that The RAID configuration will be lost.

The RAID configuration is safe ... it has nothing to do with the battery.

What does OMSA show about the battery right now? Pull a controller log and post it here or on the web someplace (Storage, PERC, Information/Configuration, Export Log from dropdown menu of Available Tasks for the controller).

Might consider updating the BIOS, BMC, PERC firmware (driver first) and updating OMSA.

No, it's not complex. That is all standard routine maintenance for servers. The firmware for the controller is what manages the battery state, and the BMC is what it communicates that status to. The BIOS should be updated before anything else, and drivers for devices should be updated before updating their firmware. Updating OMSA would be to correct any potential bugs with its communicating with the BMC.

Performance is the only thing you risk by leaving it like it is.
