PERC2 Shutting down my server

We have a PE 4300 with a PERC 2 (Firmware 2.7-1) driving an internal RAID-5 array and 2 external RAID-5 containers housed within a PowerVault 200S

Once a week or so over the past month and a half, the PERC shuts down the server.  In the event log are the following events, in this order:

PERC 2 Controller 0, Enclosure (Channel 1), Temperature Probe 0 Failed.

I'm confused of the ordering.  All fans are operating in the PowerVault...air does not feel exessively overheated.

Clues?
