PowerEdge R320 - PCIe Training Error: Integrated RAID

Hi, as we don't have your service tag (we do not know your integrated RAID) at this point, it is recommended to take out the card and put it back again to see if the symptom still exists. Please refer to the video here.

Thanks for reseating the PERC. I checked your system's configuration it is a PERC H710.

At this point, there are still two devices that could cause the issue, the PERC itself or the mainboard.

If you like to check online for replacement parts, I post you the part numbers here:

 

PERC H710: 5CT6D [ASSY,CRD,CTL,H710,512,NV,MCRD]

Mainboard: R5KP9 [ASSY,PWA,PLN,SV,TRPM,PER320,V2]*

 

* there are also some subs possible: DY523, 8VT7V, KM5PX
