If you're looking to order parts, you would need to contact Sales or the phone Technical Support team (if in warranty). If parts aren't what you're looking for, the community can try to assist with technical issues, provided that necessary details are shared.

Hi ITE-SE,

ok, now we know that the system is not in warranty, so what do you need assistance with? Please describe the issue as detailed as possible and also name the system you are using.

Thanks

ITE-SA,

Just a note to start, please verify you have a backup of the data, as there can be data loss if this is done wrong.

What you will need to do is Retag the Virtual Disks. You do this by replicating the previous configuration, without initializing the disk (as that will delete the data) So you would access the raid controller and configure the Virtual Disk as it was, so create a Raid 1 and select drives 0 and 1, without initializing the Virtual Disk. You can then do the same on the Raid 5. You will then remove one of the drives from each of the Virtual Disks before booting, once you boot and see that the Virtual Disks are working, and the data is accessible, you can then add the other drives to rebuild to their Virtual Disks.

Let us know how it goes.
