Poweredge T440 Raid 1 with 2 array
Hi i have a poweredge T440
raid controller PERC H330
have 2x 600gb SAS
and 2x 2tb SAS
Can I configure as 600gb x2 raid 1(one raid 1) and 2tb x2 raid 1 (one raid 1)

Using H330 you can create up to 16 separate virtual disk. You can refer below link for specification.

Yes you can create multible RAID Groups with a H330
Note: Next time get a real RAID Controller which mean buy one with Cache and Batterie. The H330 doesnt have Cache which means that writing to HDD is dog slow. In the past we have use it with 2x240GB SSD for boot a OS. The H740 comes with Cache and BBU.
But as always.. it depends on your requirements and budget
