Predictive Failure smart error on PERC 3si

Hello,
I have a system Dell Power Edge 2450 with PERC 3SI RAID controller. The system has 4 hard drives in 2 RAID5 containers. Each drive is a member of each container (logical C & D drives). One of the drives has “predictive failure” SMART error. The status of both containers is READY. The drive hasn’t failed yet. I need to know how proceed with this situation.
Thank you,

Run a consistancy check on both arrays to make sure any new media flaws are remapped.

Then prepare to remove the drive, pull it out, and replace with it's replacement, assign the replacement to be the global hot spare.

The test is failing without even starting saying that it might be a hardware problem. The option " prepare to remove" is grayed out in Dell Open Manage Array Manager utility.

Thanks,

Nikolay,

Time to call the good folks at Dell Server support, and back up your data.
