Problem with filesystem during boot

Hi, I have recently stumbled upon very weird issue with my dell emc poweredge r740. Everything seemed to work perfectly, but few weeks ago I got an error connected to ext4 filesystem issue.

I was receiving errors like so:

EXT4-fs error (device sdi1)
_ext4_find_entry:1 678: inode #1495
comm containerd: reading directory lblock
O
EXT4-fs error (device sdi1)
ext4_find_entry:1 678: inode #1495
comm zfs: reading directory Iblock 0
EXT4-fs error (device sdi1)
ext4_find_entry:1 678: inode #1495
comm cron: reading directory Iblock 0
EXT4-fs error (device sdi1)
ext4_find_entry:1 678: inode #40829
comm nvidia-cli-containe: reading
directory lblock 0

and couldn't log into the system. sdi1 is the partition with the ubuntu filesystem. After that I rebooted the system and replaced the nvme ssd that I suspected was causing the problems. Unfortunately, even after installing fresh system into the new drive my server couldn't detect the ubuntu, even after manually specifying the boot partition with efibootmgr.

Do you have any ideas what could've gone wrong and how to get my server back to life?

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
This is rather an OS issue than a hardware one. I recommend contacting the OS provider- sorry I can't be of much help this time. Let us know if you need any other post sales troubleshooting.
