PXE E61 Error at boot
Hi, I started a post on another forum and was tolded to post here as this would be the place for better assitance. Link to previous post:

In a nutshell, I'm a non-IT guy supporting servers on the plant floor. We had an issue where the PC stopped processing and could not get re-booted. We get the following message after a re-boot:
.....
Integrated RAID exception detected:
Volume (00:130) is currently in state INACTIVE/OPTIMAL
......
Then after that we get a PXE 61 error.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Dave

Ok, so I go to SAS config and only see that the HDD in slot 1 is there, slot 0 is missing though installed. Under Manage Arrays the only option I have is to delete array. After I delete what are the next steps in creating a new array?

Ok. I'm back in SAS config and only see the HDD in slot 1. The new HDD in slot 0 is not there. The only options I have is to delete the array. After I delete, how do I go about reating a new mirror?

Ok, great. Got the mirror created. Do I need to sync the drives before reimaging?
Thank you for your help. This has been quite the experience!

After you delete the array, you will have the options to Create IM Volume(Mirror) or IS Volume(Stripe) when you go into the RAID Properties menu.
Select Create IM Volume, select both HDD's, and then confirm the selections. You will then be able to boot to media and install the OS.
Thanks
