The PXE message is not an error. If you look at the boot order in the BIOS, the system will try to boot to the hard drive/operating system first. If it can't find anything bootable on the hard drive, it goes to the next device in the boot order. Eventually, you will get to the network card as a boot option. NIC's use a protocol called PXE to boot to devices over the network. You obviously don't have a PXE server on the network, so that boot option also fails.
To boot to SBUU, you must set the boot order to enable CD/DVD in the boot sequence. You must also have created the SBUU DVD correctly.
What version of SBUU are you using?
Did you download/create it, or are you using the DVD that came with the system?

um using the DVD that came with the system. that means have to config the bios, then disable the NIC. should I download the SBUU?

You can download SBUU as a test, but the one that you got should work. You could also try installing directly from the OS media.
Yes, you need to configure BIOS to boot to optical media. It is not necessary to disable the NIC.
