RAID0 to RAID5 error - PERC H710 mini
Hi all,
i need transform from RAID0 to RAID5 in PERC H710 mini but we are getting a error.
We did adding two disks for enlarge capacity of Volume disk, but RAID was configured to RAID0. It was extrange.
I need transform from RAID0 to RAID5.
No Events found!

I need to know, how can i migrate from RAID0 to RAID5.

Hi,
we have 6 hard drives. We had previously 4 hard drives, but when we try add new two hard drives, RAID was changed from RAID5 to RAID0.
Now we can't change to RAID5, like you can see in pic's.
I don't know if i doing something wrong...

As you can see, Virtual Disk0, have 6 SAS disks.

So, you chose the wrong RAID level when you reconfigured your array to add the disks. The ONLY way to change it from RAID 0 to RAID 5 now is to add another new disk. If you don't have any available slots on the server, then you can't - you can't reduce the size of an array or number of disks in an array; you would need to backup, delete the VD, create RAID 5, restore.
