Rebuild Raid1 Perc H310

I am trying to figure out how to rebuild a Raid1 from a failed drive. I want to try to use server manager but do not see this option.

You need to assign it as a hot-spare to start the rebuild.

What exactly happened when you tried it?  If it failed, one of two things is happening - either the disk is unsuitable as a replacement or your array is damaged and it can't rebuild.

I tried to go to server manager. And now only see clear config. No Where to set spare drive.I just installed another brandnew drive.

By "server manager", I'm assuming you mean OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA), since Windows Server Manager cannot manage hardware RAID.

Can you post a screenshot of the Physical Disks screen?

Need the Physical Disks screen.  Under PERC, click on Connector/Backplane, Physical Disks.

From this screen, you need to select Assign Global Hot Spare for the Ready disk (you should also have the option from the Virtual Disks screen to assign as Global, but I see it is missing) ... if you don't have that option, then expand the disk entries on the above screen to show disk details and capture that screen.
