S130 RAID Card Linux Issue
Hi,
I am trying to configure Linux RAID on a Dell PowerEdge R430 however I'm running into some issues.
I've converted both drives to RAID and selected Linux RAID type via the PERC Configuration Utility. I've then created a virtual disk and added both drives to it (both are SSD's of the same size).
However, the Linux operating system doesn't recognise the virtual disk/RAID and still shows the drives seperately.
One thing I did notice is that when the server boots up after I have configured the Linux RAID, it says that it has reset to BIOS defaults and the drives show on boot as Non-RAID again.
Does anybody have any ideas on how I might be able to fix this?
Thanks!

What operating system are you trying to install? As BIOS setting is going to default on every boot Can you check whether NVRAM_CLR jumper is installed on the server?
You can find details on NVRAM_CLR from below link
