Sas not detecting

I have the poweredge t430 it has the 3  sas drive 

It's not showing now 

The serve was off for the long time 

It's has the raid controller perc h730 

I have install the the os server 2016 in the sata ssd 

I want to configure the sas drive into raid 5 

Can some one guide me how I can check the sas drive it's now showing in the Bois also 

And how can I configure it

Hi, the issue might be regarding the non-certified SAS drives. If you share your Dell ppid(part number) of SAS drives, I can check compatibility. Please check this steps

  • Verify that the SAS drives are securely attached to the PERC H730 controller and that there are no issues with the cables.
  • Go to the BIOS settings of your server and ensure that the PERC H730 controller is switched on and set up properly. You can enter the BIOS by pressing F2 when the server boots up.
  • Download and install the latest firmware for the PERC H730 controller.
  • If you have any other drives connected to the PERC H730 controller, such as SATA SSDs, disconnect them and check if the SAS drives are recognized. Some users have experienced problems when using different types of drives on the same controller.
