SATA Raid controller generating traffic on port 712

Hi,

I have a Precision 650 with a Promise FastTrak SATA RAID controller. It is generating a lot of network traffic on port 712, which I gather is broadcasts coming from the Promise Array Monitoring software (http://www.promise.com/support/faq/faq_answer_eng.asp?faq_id=595).

Is it possible to turn this off?

Sounds like there's and monitoring/reporting agent running as a service, try to locate that service and stop it
