Hi camilleriluke91

These errors are related to the power supply or motherboard.

Do you see any fault LED light on power supply? Or are they in green?

Please try this:-

1. unplugged from the power cable

2. press and hold the power button for 30sec

3. plugged in the power cable and try to power up again

Let us know how it goes.

Hi i have one of the power supply dead it lights up orange on the power supply and the other on is green i have disconnected the PSU and left it with the good one only then i tried the steps you told me and the hard drive led switch on for 2 seconds the fans will begin to run at very low speed and after 5 seconds it will switch off again and shows thous errors above. long time ago it was switching off by its self but after a while if you try to power it up it will work again now it is not even booting up.

Should i order a new PSU for this server and try it?

Thank you

Hi Luke

I would suspect there is some issue with the server motherboard. A new PSU might not be able to resolve the issue.

Anyway, have you try powering up the server with the good PSU on the other slot?

Is the server still under warranty? I would suggest to log a support call to get the motherboard replace.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi,

yes i did try the other slot with the good psu and it doesn't work. the warranty has expired on the 22/05/13 it is worth to change the motherboard or it will be expensive?

Hi Luke

Don't suppose you have a spare motherboard that you can test?

Best is to give sales a call to get either a warranty extension or a quotation on the motherboard. Don't forget to ask for a discount.

Let us know how it goes.

Hi why do i have to ask for a discount?

Hi Luke

It is only my suggestion. You can choose not to anyway.
