T630 with a Perc H330. Can’t get the replacement drive status beyond Ready.

You can find the guidelines to expand the Virtual Disk using Online Capacity Expansion for the H330 here.

If you are within the guidelines, then the process found here will walk you through the process.

Now on a side note, anytime you are working within the Raid I would suggest you start with getting a full and complete backup before doing anything.
