Updating Drive Firmware
I have T310 with 3 Seagate 450 15Ks in a RAID-5, and H700. I added a 4th 450 from another Dell server. The firmware looks way different in OpenManage. It doesn't show manufacture dates or anything. I was thinking of updating the firmware so it would be like the others. The model of the drive is exactly the same as the others. Would there be a problem doing this?

What do you mean by "way different"? Usually if the firmware versions are very different but the same make/model, it means one of them is a generic/retail version of the drive. If that is the case, you won't be able to update them with Dell firmware.
