4600 server 2003 will not reboot hangs up

Hi all

I am not able to solve this, a newly installed DELL 4600 with windows server 2003 will not reboot, it just hangs... No errors in event logs I have checked most things and need any and all good ideas, anything in the BIOS or?

Help is appreciated..
