APC UPS and COM ports
I have found that my APC 1400 SmartUps is not communicating with either of the COM ports in my PE4400. If I leave it plugged into port 1 it thinks that the UPS is always on battery power no matter what the state of the power and vice-versa when plugged into COM port 2.
PCBE setup the COM port by default using -
LOAD AIOCOMX PORT=3F8 INT=4 #COM1
UPS_AIO
How do I know if these are the correct settings?
Dell PowerEdge 4400
Netware 6sp5
JVM 1.4.2
Power Chute Business Edition 7.02
Netware 6sp5

Hi,
Is it possible that you didn't select the correct APC SAI model?. I think that the pcbesetup shows by default the Back UPS model.
