Compatibility between Citrix and Secure Port Server Service in Server Adminstrator

I'm trying to find out if there is any compatibility issues between Citrix and Secure Port Server Service? I have 2 PowerEdge 6600's running Windows 2003 with Citrix Metaframe FR3 Sp3

Problem: The secure port server service continues to crash on both servers. These services have been disabled for now pending a solution to the crashes.

The "secure port server service" is loaded on Dell servers when the system
management tools are loaded. The issue is dell specific.
The securport server service is not part of Citrix.

The system itself is not hanging or blue screening. The secure port server
service cannot stay on when started. It stops by itself and gives out a pop
up message.

We are using citrix XPa FR3 SP3

Question: What is causing this service to crash and how can it be solved?
