ERA on 1750 & OpenManage

Hi all.

I didn't install OpenManage on these boxes, someone else did. However, now I can't access the Dell OpenManage RemoteAccess section, to change the ip address of the RAC.

Do I need to reinstall OpenManage, (the 3 AD DC's are the only ones playing up, grrrr) or is there another solution here I haven't seen?

Ta

Little more detail eh?

Server Windows 2003
OM ver 3.8
What normally comes up is
- System
- Main System Chassis
BIOS
Fans
Firmware
Intrusion
Memory
Network
Ports
Power Supplies
Processors
Remote Access Controller
Slots
Temperatures
Voltages
+ Software
+ Storage

When its not working, you get

- System
- Main System Chassis
BIOS
Memory
Network
Ports
Processors
RAC
Slots
+ Software
+ Storage

Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

I have actually just ran a rac test on this box, and here are the results

First updat the ERA firmware to 3.2:

Systems Management: Dell Remote Access Controller - ERA/O, Firmware, English, Multi System, v.3.20, A00

Then use the System's Management CD to install the Windows components for the ERA.

If you still run into troubles let us know...
