Fault Detect on drive...

I have an older R610 with a perc 6/i and 6 SSD's configured in a basic Raid5... Recently i noticed I'm getting this strange issue when I log into the iDrac... it get "fault detected on drive 4, drive 3, drive 2, drive 1... then a few minutes later it says drive 5 is operating normally, drive 4 is operating normally..... drive 3.. drive 2... drive 1.... and it just keeps showing drives are faulty and then good.. They are just about brand new SSDS

Are the SSDs validated for use with the controller? I'd also recommend checking that the drives and controller are on the latest firmware. You can also look at exporting a controller log from the PERC. This will let you check to see what, if any, sense keys are being created. You can compare against this chart linked below. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Key_Code_Qualifier
