Hard drives are not detecting
Hi Team,
I am using T-620 Machines and trying to install 2008-R2 server OS. But the hard disks are not detecting.
Service Tag=<ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
No Events found!

The issue you are having is due to a lack of the Perc Raid driver, which is required to see the drives during installation. The reason they are missing from the OS media is due to 2008 being released before the T620 itself. So the Raid controllers, as well as the other hardware in the server are not included in the OS media. What you can do is reboot the server to the Lifecycle Controller (F10) then select OS Deploy. During the OS deployment you can use this Driver Pack to load the drivers for not only the raid controller, but the other devices on the server as well. After that the drives should be visible and the OS should install normally.
