Install Windows Server 2016 Essentials Using LCC on PowerEdge T330
I'm trying to install Windows Server 2016 Essentials using a DVD image of the .iso downloaded from Microsoft (I have access to that and a license key via my partnership with Microsoft). When I use the LCC and select the OS deployment option, I can choose Windows Server 2016, but it doesn't seem to like the DVD image that I have. Can I use the LCC OS deployment option if I'm trying to install the Essentials version of Windows Server 2016? If not, how do I go about installing? If I boot from the DVD and Windows setup starts, it complains about not having all the drivers needed for installation...

Yes, but this is still the easiest and fastest way to install a modern OS. If you go this route, let us know if you run into driver issues.
