Issue with permissions (Unsure)
Hello, I am currently running a PowerEdge r630 with server 2019. Recently it seems something has happened after installing my new HDDs into the server. When trying to open server manager or other basic windows functions, I need to run most things as admin to get them to either run or open. There is only one user account on the machine and it's the administrator account set up by default. I have tried SFC Scannow with no errors and I have tried dism img repair and making sure I own the Temp folder in appdata. Running out of options and I would really prefer not to have ot re-install windows server 2019. Thanks in advance!

Is this OS bought with server? The OS probably is corrupted, can you try also to create another administrator user with admin privileges, and log with whis user?

No, the OS was installed and purchased from trustedtechteam.
